I am troubled that both times I have used Caliber Collision ( first time a different shop) the cost was about $1000 higher than the estimate. It is not money out of my pocket. It just doesn’t feel like a good way to do business. One other non Caliber shop the cost and estimate were the same. This is not a big deal to me; just an honest reflection

Rick helped my wife and I from start to finish and was extremely knowledgeable about both the repairs needed as well as the Caliber Collision process and timeline we could expect. Though we hope not to have to use Caliber Collision’s services again anytime soon, it’ll have nothing to do with this shop’s performance or customer service! Car accidents/repairs are always frustrating to deal with, but at least we know where we can go and who we can trust to take care of us if/when that unfortunate part of life happens. Big thanks to Rick and the techs that got us back on the road as efficiently as possible!
