I was very impressed by the level on communication. Chad did an amazing job keeping me up to date and taking all the stress out of. He handled the rental car extension and made sure my car got the correct parts that looked amazing. I was surprised that a big company could offer that level of customer service. The main thing was the car. The paint matched and everything blended nicely. I will recommend the team going forward. I’m a picky person so my review is a testament to great quality and service.

Chad made this stressful process very smooth and streamlined. He managed the rental car process start to finish. Communication was constant via personal text updates. I felt like I had an advocate on my side to get the best fitting parts. The paint and body work looks great. I was also impressed with the upfront meeting with Chad where he communicated the process and set expectations upfront. He delivered.

Chad was awesome. Quickly got my car scheduled and repaired. He was more than accommodating and worked well with my insurance agent. The car looked brand new again. I would definitely come here again (but fingers crossed I do not need too:))
