Every part/phase of the repair was explained to me and I was kept aware of the progress of the repair. The repair was done in the time originally estimated which was very helpful as we were taking the vehicle on a vacation trip shortly after. Everything looked great when the repair was finished.

Caliber collision was on point the whole time while they had my car. From dropping it off, noting every bit of damage. Mark who was in charge of the vehicle sent multiple messages letting me know the progress, even the hiccup with a part being a little behind. I fully trusted everything going on with the vehicle being in their care. When I picked up the car, we did the walk around and Mark answered any question I had. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. They truly care about their work and customers.
