Caliber Collision is my first choice for repairs. This is my second time going through the morris location and have nothing but great things to say. They are great at communicating the repair times and keeping you updated along the process. Both times were claims through insurance and even though they were not the recommended body shop by the insurance I was glad I took it there anyway. Once the car was dropped off I didn’t need to do anything with insurance claims. Just pay the deductible at time of pickup. The work they do is great! It’s nice to see the vehicle back to its condition prior to the accident. Caliber will always be my first choice in the future.

Everyone I spoke with was very responsive and kind. The work that was done was done very quickly and i’m very satisfied with the outcome. picking up my car and seeing that not only was it looking good as new but also had been cleaned made my day.

I was not updated well enough on repairs. I was told it would be ready on the 17th. I called to say I was on my way, to find out that it was not ready. I called and said I would be there to pick up the jeep at 9. By 9:30, it was still being worked on. One of the workers, started yelling at me. He refused to give me my jeep until I threatened to call police, since I had paperwork stating my car was done. I will be telling everyone about this, and I will be telling them to go elsewhere,
