I was so depressed when I smacked my car into a deer and didn't know what to do. Andy and his crew at Caliber Collision not only took it in, but made it look like I just bought it. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to any friends or family, matter of fact my mother just had her truck bumper fixed here and the job was also done poorly, and another friend didn’t have anything positive to say about them either. Pretty dissatisfied overall.

The ladies working up front were exceptional however giving my situation it didn’t seem anyone was apologetic or even sympathetic that the car was taken care of so haphazardly- just bring it back in and it’ll get fixed and no acknowledgement over the poor job they did with scraping my door panel.
