The rear glass has an issue, the drivers door doesn’t unlock or lock, and a reflector on the rear bumper is broken. Also there’s roof damage that wasn’t repaired

I'm done playing with this company. I'm getting an attorney tomorrow I took my truck there once and the talelight fell out while I was driving along w numerous scratches and dents along w damage from the talelight. I also noticed a dent in my rear bumper. So Caliber provided me a rental car for 4 more days I examined the work in the shade they had replaced the bumper so I was satisfied until I got home and parked it in the sun. There are millions of tiny scratches all in a circular pattern so I'm assuming at some point you use some sort of rotary tool or buffer and it's ruined the paint on my entire truck. In addition there are large scratches on the hood all down the passenger side of my vehichle. I don't want to talk to anybody from that location my vehichle will never be in your possession again. So either somebody from corporate calls me with a restitution offer or I'm taking Caliber Collision to court for property damage ,court cosys, and I'm posting this all over FB with pictures and writing a testimony review everywhere I can. This is absolutely unacceptable ull be hearing from my insurance company soon. People need to be warned b4 they trust u with their vehichle. My truck had 2 minor scratches which were all marked w pink marker bc they never cleaned it off the 1st time and it's saved in ur computer proving this happened while in your possession and only a rotary tool like a buffer could do damage like this. Uve got 24 hours to contact me.

After taking my truck home and inspecting it after being in the shop and taken 30 miles away without my permission I had a dent in my number that was not there marked with a pink marker despite them delaying the process a full day because they said they had to wash it once I washed it came right off. Then a week later I'm driving down the road and my rear talelight fell off the plastic bolts they used snapped and from Mt light swinging it has dented my number scratched my tailgate and rear fender badly. It is held on with blue painters tape atm bc they're Closed until Monday. Now I'm going to have to put my truck back in the shop and I'm sure get another rental out of my pocket. Totally hassle took way longer than stated and they didn't even put it all the way back together properly causing about as much damage as initially brought in with. Don't waste your money!

They stated it would take 4 days I added a claim for some small scratches tool them over two weeks. Customer service kept stringing me along sayin it just need to be calibrated and washed and wasn't even washed still had pink marker and tape on the new parts.

My fog lights do not work,my check engine light came on 25 min after receiving and driving the car,the car stoped on me and I was stranded with my grandbabies and thier grandmother in the rain and cold for almost 4hours in the middle of the road!!!!
