Repairs were satisfactory. I just had two vehicles in your shop for 3 weeks a piece. Luckily I did not require a rental for one of those, but the other I did and we had to extend the rental until they wouldn’t extend anymore. Not sure exactly where the breakdown is, but I’ve had my vehicles repaired by Davidsons in the past and they NEVER took 3 weeks to repair

Caliber collision had my vehicle for over a month when I was time to pick it up then there was an issue with the door moldings. Then the day I actually came to pick it up when the door moldings were installed I walked out the door and from about 15’ feet away. I could still see dent in waves in the metal where the door was fixed after caliber had my vehicle for an additional week waiting for the role moldings so I refuse the vehicle and caliber collision still has my vehicle. Even though it took awhile to get in for repairs, they did an amazing job. The most important thing was that they were able expedite the job to get done 2 days early because of my husband’s surgery. Great explanation of after care for the paint job. Also , all the staff were very pleasant to work with.

Very good work on my vehicle. The damage isn't just gone, the car looks brand new! Courteous and professional staff. They answered any questions I had, but covered anything i would need to know first. Also super convenient location, being 50 feet from a car rental business.
