You never fixed our car. We came and got it back because it was there for 2 weeks waiting on an estimate. Absolutely the worst customer service possible.

My car was not repaired by Caliber. We made an appointment for an estimate and our car was there for 2 weeks before we removed it. Never received the estimate. Absolutely awful customer service. We towed our vehicle at our own expense to another body shop.
