While Caliber did a really good job repairing the vehicle and keeping me abreast of progress, the car had an outstanding issue that wasn’t fully resolved to my satisfaction. The issue was not fully uncovered until the vehicle was returned to me.

My GMC badge on the tailgate was the wrong color. it was originally black like the grille and it was the red logo. The tailgate also sounds as if something’s super lose when you close it.

The paint came out good. The GMC logo was the wrong color from the previous one. the rear tailgate sounds very loose when you close it. The camera quality of the back up camera is almost impossible to see in most places.
