All seemed to go as planned with Caliber even through less than stellar communication from insurance company. Amanda went above and beyond to make calls for rental car and insurance company of party who hit me. She overcame their sub-par service with her extra effort. All worked out fine in the end.

I did have some minor inconvenience at first when i dropped off the car, but it wasnt a big deal. The staff was very helpful annd did their best. I was updated with the status of the car, even when there was a delay on the promise date. Key point is that communication was upheld
