I explained to the them there has to be damage to underneath vehicle due to nature of crash. I don’t think it was ever taken serious as there is still a noise coming from under front end

They had my vehicle for nearly a month after I was originally told it would be around the week and a half for the repair. The communication during the process was not great. I had to call multiple times to see what was going on with my vehicle. They told me they received a broken or incorrect headlight four different times. I finally picked up my vehicle yesterday and I can see a gap where they put the bumper back on. It is not flush like the other side. But I do not want to take it back up there because no telling how long they would have it this time. I will not be a returning customer.
