The lady at the desk was very nice very helpful she knew she wouldn't be there Monday for me to pick up my car so I paid ahead of time and then when I walked in today and they were all very nice communication was very good with this company

Caliber Collision Center in Mount Washington team from the front office personnel, Ashley to collision repair team were personable, professional, and completed my repairs ahead of schedule. My SUV was returned in top condition. My only complaint is the difficulty in reaching the local office. Make sure you press option 4 when prompted, or you will be routed to a Call Center out of the United States who do not have a clue as to what is really going on with your vehicle.
