Just because work wasn't done completely, they should have made sure before handing over

They returned my car without completing everything, got paid by insurance company so guess they're not interested in completing the work. Manager did act like he cared at first did attempt to get me in but I had to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances, and they never attempted to get me back in, even though I've called at least twice to find out why I haven't heard back for reschedule. I understand manager has a lot going on and I'm sorry about that, but company got fully paid for a job not fully completed.

Caliber did an excellent job fixing my jeep. And they sent me constant updates on the current status of my vehicle throughout its repair. They even cleaned it up for me before I picked it up. I have it back now and it’s running like new!!
