So far the car looks great and is operating fine. Thank you for that! I'm still unclear as to why the mileage diffeed by 1600 between my odometer and what is typed on the intake sheet but Ashley said she's looking into that with the manager. I'm sure I'll hear from them soon. Communication has been great so far! And I know I'm responsible for leaving change in my car, but it's still unsettling that my quarters (for metered parking) are gone. I'm not asking for anything back - I just thought you'd want to know that it happened.

Everyone I met was enthusiastic and helpful throughout the entire process. I was met with a smile, offered tea or coffee. The entire process was explained, a rental car was arranged. On drop off day, the car was there within 15 minutes and I was on my way. I liked the email notifications. On pickup day, everything was ready, my car was clean and the repairs looked great.
