Everyone from the receptionist and Lexus Leone were very informative. I had to check over my car and then Lexus told me everything that would be done. Communication was excellent. And the repair to my car was excellent when I picked it up. Very happy with the whole process. And will highly recommend Caliber to anyone who may need auto repair.

Lexus was incredible to work with. As soon as we met, I knew my Bronco was in great hands. She was personable, knowledgeable and in constant communication. When she started her initial inspection of the damage, she immediately noticed the smallest issue - one that I was sure I would need to personally point out - and didn’t just focus on the glaring issues. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule and my car looks brand new again!
