I would never recommend Caliber collision to anyone.

None of the after market parts I had on my car was replaced such as the grill it was all black with no crome trim on it and I had all black head light protectors on my car. So that made me disappointed to see the OEM looking parts Caliber collision put on my car.

There is a slight knock on one side when I back up and turn the vehicle. It may have to do with a part that is on order that you guys will install soon. I hope that’s it.

I love the speed at which my car was fixed. Everyone was so nice and the rental was very easy to pick up and drop off. The one complaint I have is that there is a weird noise when I back up and twist the wheel sometimes. I have to do this multiple times a day in order to get into the tight space that is my garage, so I notice. I asked about it when I took it in for something else and they unfortunately could not hear the noise. It was never there before my accident. I’m disappointing about that but all in all I am very pleased with the job that a caliber did.
