Overall repair quality was very good. A few small things I noted just as it related to alignment of parts on the front end. But this may just be due to the use of many aftermaket parts. The team volunteered to take a look at it as well, so we will see if it can be lined up better.

Austin was very pleasant both when we dropped off and picked up our truck. It was also a much speedier process than originally estimated which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I didn't realize Caliber Collision was a chain until I went back East to visit my family in Michigan. I would very much recommend Caliber Collision. My only caveat would be to recommend looking online to check reviews for their particular location. I checked out my location because I knew that there were at least three locations in the Salt Lake valley. That's prudent for any body using a chain store for any type of body work, especially when the work is extensive as my truck. It was involved in a hit and run. I was extremely satisfied with this location an approximately 4800 South State. Cheers!
