I appreciate the Caliber team getting my vehicle done in a timely manner and keeping me updated in the process. John was Awesome to deal with. Always nice and knowledgeable. He helped get to the bottom of my heater blowing cold air, after I had already picked up my vehicle. He also topped off my gas tank! Remarkable experience. Thanks for making it so painless.

The repairs were fine. I'm upset because the technician that did the work was having trouble with the pushbutton start and called v.w. for help and got the idea to take it apart. Then he forgot to put it back together and ended up losing the part that he took off. My car was there to have dents removed not to be tinkered with. I discovered what had happened when I was leaving. I wasn't told or asked anything.

Jessica was very helpful in explaining everything and contacting me when needed, everything ran very smoothly, Kylie and Jessica were both very friendly and polite. And when I got my car back I was almost surprised how good it looked, it looked exactly like it did when I bought it. I will recommend caliber collision if anyone I know needs body work done.
