I felt the company was unprofessional. They constantly told me my car would be ready by the end of the day, then it wasn't. At one point, they told me I would have to pay for some repairs out-of-pocket, and were going to get them done without giving me an estimate first or a chance to take the car elsewhere. They did not keep me updated on the car's progress after the first few days. I had to keep calling to get updates. It was a very frustrating experience. The work was well-done, but I wouldn't use the company again.

If insurance is paying and time is not an issue, the place is fantastic. It took much longer than the initial estimated wait to get completed, due to the line of other cars to be worked on and insurance not getting back in a timely manner, which caused other problems with transportation.
