I got excellent customer service from Claire & Christian both! Claire was wonderful in ease of scheduling and making sure insurance was contacted and repairs approved. Christian was in constant contact regarding the progress in the repairs & managed quality results! My car was even detailed. It was a positive overall experience during a stressful time.

The staff at Caliber Collision were wonderful! Claire at the front desk organized my appointment & communicated with insurance.When I dropped off my vehicle, they drove me the rental car office nearby. Christian handled the repairs, making sure the damage was completely fixed. My car sparkled like new and they even cleaned my interior. I was completely astonished at how good my car looked! They took care of me while I was sick and not knowing how I was going to get to my rental car. They took care of returning my rental car. My actual car was so well taken care of and the repair was done perfectly. 10/10 will come again.

The job that they did on my car, which is my baby and I was so sick to my stomach when somebody ran into it this car looks just absolutely beautiful. They were they had this great sense of urgency and follow through. I never even had to follow up with them they were always on top of following up with me first it was done just when they said it would be done and we’re all satisfactory is a 10+ plus I will definitely keep you in my contacts.

They had such a great sense of urgency and they were on top of it from the minute. I dropped my car off. This car is very sentimental to me just because that they finished her and she just looked absolutely beautiful. I was very impressed with their communication skills and not once that I ever have to track somebody down there, they had already given me that daily update and their customer service skills and how they worked with their customers makes the customer feel like they're not in it alone because he use terms like we will do this and let's do that so it made it sound like it was a joy and he was doing it with me not for me. It was. It was a very, very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them because I know moving forward. These are now my collision people. I got my own collision people now and I think they all deserve a huge raise with Insurance.
