My experience at Caliber Collision was positive from the beginning. Claire was very helpful walking me through all paperwork and insurance issues. Dakota explained what needed to be repaired and replaced on my car. He also told me that the job would be completed by May 1. The shop actually finished the repair on April 30 a day earlier than projected. I very much appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. Susan Massey

Claire in reception walked me through our insurance coverage and answered my questions. She was accommodating and thorough. Dakota showed me what repairs and parts would be replaced, and that the job would be completed by May 1st. In fact, the car was ready on April 30th. I drove the enterprise loaner car to Caliber and they returned it to enterprise for me on May 1st. Both Claire and Dakota were professional, thorough and personable. Their service was excellent.

There was some visual differences in the repairs that were done one one side in comparison to the non-damaged side. Some things that were not damaged at all also were “taken off” and then “reapplied” when those components did not seem affected by the damaged area and do not look as fluid and sleek as they used to. I was told that the “aftermarket products that were replaced on the repair” had a 30% difference based on why they didn’t line up in the same manner as the undamaged side of my vehicle, even though the vehicle I bought was, and always has been, stock from the dealership. There are distinct differences in what the undamaged side of my vehicle looks like in comparison to what was repaired by the company. I understand that there is a lifetime warranty on the repairs that were made but what about the door and how it may/may not have had damage but still looks like it is out of place? Overall, I’m happy with the work that was done. Sure, vehicle damage by other vehicles is traumatic and difficult to make it ‘as new again,’ but the finish work and attention to detail seems lacking.
