When I first checked in the person was dismissive because I wanted to read the entire agreement. She was impatient and wanted me to just sign. The rest of the process was quite good, with frequent accurate updates.

They did a great job. The color matches perfect and the repair was done at a reasonable time. I really appreciated the communication as well throughout the repair process. Honda forgetting the parts was funny though. Thank you hardcore to my adjuster and helper throughout the entire case
