Caliber Collision Murrieta's Brent made an initial and exacting preliminary estimate of the process and amount of our 2023 Subaru's repair. Brent regularly kept us informed about the status of the ongoing work. Office manager Gisele and Ashley assisted from the start. Caliber worked closely with the insurer's in-person estimate to not only fully and expertly repair, repaint, replace, and recalibrate, but also, when available, essential, requested by us, and compatible with the revised disassembled estimate approved by the insurer, acquire and employ critical OEM parts! All this was done with excellence and artistic precision in just four days, one to two days sooner than Brent's first prediction. Our SUV looks as though no damage had ever occurred. Kudos to Brent, the painter and the other craftsmen involved, along with the office crew. You've given us an unconditional guarantee. Thank you for a job well done! You were even better than your word---up to "Caliber" and then some!
