Everything looks good except for the under the hood. It did not have the noise reduction cover installed. Now my window washer hoses are exposed to heat.

They’re really good at communicating with me, they’ve left voice messages and text messages. Turn around time was quick. I want to sincerely thank you for everything you did. I really appreciate how promptly the work was completed—especially finishing a week ahead of the proposed completion date. I also want to acknowledge the care your agents took throughout the process. The only feedback I have is regarding the appointment process. When I spoke with my insurance agent, I was told I could go to the location of my choice and simply let them know I would be coming. However, when I arrived, the representative informed me that it was by appointment only. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me, but if they hadn’t, I would have had no way to complete my visit, as it was the only day I had available. To avoid any potential confusion for future clients, I would recommend informing all insurance representatives—AAA, Farmers, and others—that appointments are required. This way, agents can either schedule appointments for their clients or direct them to the website to do so themselves. Other than that, I have no complaints or concerns. Thank you again for everything.
