Caliber Collision is very professional. They walked me thru the process even dealing with an Insurance company in my opinion is not a top quality Insurance Co. I worked for Allstate Insurance Co. 24 yrs & know what a top quality Insurance Co. is. I am so grateful Caliber was able to work w/this Co.so I did not have to. The repairs were Great! There were things that weren't complete, like the mirror cover, where my husband went to a dealership to pick up the part. That wasn't because they asked but was on his way to where he works and was an easy fix. Then the windshield wasn't completely snapped into place. But I appreciate all the Briana did to make it right and make it better for us. She was very apologetic and was willing to get someone to our home to fix the issue.
