There were things that weren't complete, like the mirror cover, where my husband went to a dealership to pick up the part. That wasn't because they asked but was on his way to where he works and was an easy fix. Then the windshield wasn't completely snapped into place. But I appreciate all the Briana did to make it right and make it better for us. She was very apologetic and was willing to get someone to our home to fix the issue.

The experience was overall great. Although a small improvement can be made. Especially with the front desk staff. The people can be more friendlier, more accommodating and courteous. Not so cold. After all this is a services oriented industry. You need more great staff like Drake who helped made the rest of the experience feel great and impressionable all the way to the end.

Nobody wants to go through any car accident as it is inconvenient, costly, & stressful. However, Caliber Collision gave me a sense of calmness & satisfaction knowing that all would be ok. The staff were all professionals that were friendly, patient, & understanding. The office/waiting area was very clean & welcoming as it was stocked with complimentary coffee & popcorn. My car was done in a surprisingly quick manner & the outcome of my vehicle was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the updates given about my vehicle while I waited, as we all know that waiting for the unknown can make anyone anxious & stressful. Most importantly, my Estimator, BrieAnna R., was in constant contact with me assuring me of the outcome. It felt personable having her there as the “middle man” knowing I just wasn’t another “number” or “ticket” waiting in line. Everyone went above & beyond their job title, especially when I needed a ride going home. Thank you for your service!

One of the front desk ladies dropped four F bombs, that was really unprofessional. I was behind them looking at some pic's they took of my car and thats when she dropped four F bombs in a row. Totally inappropriate. I did mention it the service lady that was working with me.
