On the 5th day of working on my car, I come to pick it up and notice a tear in the rubber stepping pad at the top of my rear bumper.... It sure would have been easy for the manager to see that before I came all the way down to pick it up... now I have to go BACK again and sit while they replace it again when another one comes in.
