As always, I appreciate the quality of work and customer service. I was consistently updated on the progress of the repairs promptly. When I incurred challenges with retrieving my vehicle after the repairs were complete, Brianna went out of her way to deliver my vehicle to my home. What awesome service. I would have given a 10 but still waiting to hear when the correct emblems will be ordered to be put on. All emblems were black and now I have mismatched as the ones put on were chrome.

This is the list of stuff that I noticed so far, the interior of my car is disgusting, whoever cleaned this car should be fired, I want the interior professionally detailed, I'm really shocked you would return a car in this condition, especially when you returned it four days late past the due date. • Black marks on headliner •passenger rear window scratches • Driver Sun visor clip loose • rubber grommets missing at Gas door • Gas cap no longer attached to Vehicle • Plastic trim pieces in cupholder • Interior is filthy covered in paint dust • paint on steering wheel • Paint on dashboard • paint on passenger seat • dust buildup is so thick I can write my name in the dust on back seats,
