I give an 8 because of the incredible communication,problem solving and kindness of Caliber Collision Gen Mngr Erik at 501 Myrtle Beach SC.While it was a great inconvenience and cost to rent a car for 8 weeks it was not through any controllable situation on Erik's part....1st time on the framer,parts delayed,a necessary recall dealt with while our car was being worked on and more.Erik was professional,courteous and a great problem solver! If it were not for Erik going above and beyond wO HELP US. we would be hesitant to recommend Caliber to friends and family. HE IS QUITE AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.
