The work was exemplary and the entire staff a pleasure to work with. I was kept informed when updates were available. The entire process took a bout a week longer than expect, but additional work noted on the bill account for this. The mileage in and out were 33745 & 33746 as noted on the final bill; expected difference understandable…however, the actual mileage when leaving the repair shop was 34002, a difference of 256 miles. Not sure why the big discrepancy of the actual mileage and an explanation would be appreciated.. thanks

I was not kept informed about the procedure as stated on Traveler’s website.I was told that they didn’t use Bondo but they did. I was told to bring my car in at a certain time and we would go over the estimate, that didn’t happen. After getting back home, I noticed the top hadn’t even been touched other then spraying water on it. I will say the manager was polite and seemed concerned , but that didn’t change the outcome. I really haven’t had time to thoroughly check the finish.

The body shop didn’t do anything that is listed on your website. I wasn’t provided any information about the estimate before the repair was started. I was told they didn’t use Bondo and they did. I was told to come in to look at the repairs after the damaged parts were removed, I went to the shop and the manager wouldn’t let me go into the back of the shop. He let me look through the door. Terrible experience!

Incredible customer service! There was an issue with my insurance deductible and they were immediately on it making calls and confirming amounts. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They were very kind and courteous and the job they did on my Nissan was wonderful. It looks all shiny and new in the back! 10/10 would recommend
