Their professionalism extends from outstanding work to outstanding personalized customer service. I recently had body work done on my 2022 Jeep Compass that was perfect. I was so happy. Unfortunately, while my vehicle was being repaired, I was involved in an accident involving my rental car. Junell and Erik both were so supportive, comforting, and professional as they helped me through coordination of various transportation issues. Compassion and professionalism like this are extremely rare and I will always remember how absolutely terrific, in every way, this company performed. The Customer Service here is above and beyond. I felt welcomed and comfortable every time I went in from the front desk staff to the estimators everyone was smiling, friendly and helpful.
