Mia was excellent. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. She is the epitome of what an excellent employee should be. When she took much deserved time off, I had to call to see if my car would be ready on the promised date. I was told that it was waiting on calibration and the guy was due to come that afternoon, Friday. I guess he didn’t come because my car was not ready until Monday. I had to pay Enterprise for extra days.

Mark Harris actually did go out and beyond to accommodate me, during the process. As a repeat customer, I have experienced more personalized service from him s as Md from that particular Caliber facility than from the one in downtown Nashville.
