The communication was awesome, esp with text messages and calls. I saw a tiny bump and they were able to buff it out right away. The convenience of dropping off my rental car was also coordinated and made my life easier (I have 2 children with me).

The car repair seems to be good, but the organization and communication of the office was very poor. It took my insurance adjuster calling multiple times over several days to clarify the deductible because she would leave a message with one person and the repair person would never get it. This lengthened my estimated repair time by several days and necessitated me getting a rental car.
