Satisfied with the repairs and my vehicle looks great - Ty with Progressive was great but the girl before him never returned my calls. I would grade down for customer service because when I picked up my car I felt unwelcome and like a burden, nobody smiled even once multiple people in the building, but overall Ty was very helpful and my car looks great so that's what matters.

The communication throughout the week about the repair progress was great! I left and got home, though, and realized my left blinker light was not working still and had to come back there to get it fixed. Luckily they fixed it right away after closing hours and apologized for it.
