I can’t say enough about how great Mary Beth has been. Throughout this entire lengthy experience she has stood by me and kept me informed. The ownership she has shown in this matter has been commendable and so appreciated. When I got my car back today, she was truly happy to have seen this situation through with me to the end. As someone who believes that doing the right thing is always best, I feel that the right thing was done in making me whole in this situation. Good employees are hard to find and great ones almost impossible. Cherish her and share her as a role model for others!! She is the best!! Thanks sincerely MB!!
