The entire team at the West location went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, which is difficult when you’re dealing with a damaged vehicle. They were all trustworthy, kind, professional, and my car was done 6 days before the estimated time. I’m very happy!

Quality of the work was really good. My only issue is it took twice as long to get the work done. This was primarily due to delays in getting parts from Audi, but I think that could have been managed a little better to shorten the timeline. That said, the people I interacted with were very professional and courteous. And, as I said at the beginning, the quality of work seems to be very good (which is what’s most important).

The repair looks good, and Myia (?) was great. was a little disappointed that it took almost 8 weeks (insurance pays for 30 days for a rental) and the estimate went from around 5000.00 to over 14,000.00.

There was no transparency. I received messages and updates like repairs were on schedule only to find out from the insurance company that there were delays on parts and issues acceptance of the estimated damage value that was never communicated. I even received a message that everything was on schedule the day before the insurance company brought me up to speed.

I've used Caliber Collision multiple times, and each experience has been fantastic. The entire team is kind, professional, and truly cares about their customers. I’m always so impressed by their consistent communication and kindness. They are always on top of things, keep me updated throughout the process, and make me feel comfortable knowing I can trust them. Car repairs can be stressful, but they make the experience smooth and worry-free. The service was excellent. My only complaint was the parking lot. I’m handicapped and the ramp was blocked by other cars. But the work to my car was very good.
