The repair looks good, and Myia (?) was great. was a little disappointed that it took almost 8 weeks (insurance pays for 30 days for a rental) and the estimate went from around 5000.00 to over 14,000.00.

There was no transparency. I received messages and updates like repairs were on schedule only to find out from the insurance company that there were delays on parts and issues acceptance of the estimated damage value that was never communicated. I even received a message that everything was on schedule the day before the insurance company brought me up to speed.

I've used Caliber Collision multiple times, and each experience has been fantastic. The entire team is kind, professional, and truly cares about their customers. I’m always so impressed by their consistent communication and kindness. They are always on top of things, keep me updated throughout the process, and make me feel comfortable knowing I can trust them. Car repairs can be stressful, but they make the experience smooth and worry-free. The service was excellent. My only complaint was the parking lot. I’m handicapped and the ramp was blocked by other cars. But the work to my car was very good.

What a great experience this was. The people who fixed my car obviously take pride in their work—- I am thrilled with the outcome.
