10 out of 10 for speed and efficiency! Thank you! There is a slight imperfection that wasn't there in the original part prior to the repair, but it's not worth fussing over to us. And we also wonder if the paint is ever-so-slightly different than the rest of the vehicle....

I've never been in an accident before, but it's was a very smooth experience. From insurance, to updates, to time estimates. I was very pleasantly surprised that they made the experience so easy and headache free.

The crew was very thorough on finding and repairing all of the damage.They worked very well without a insurance company and moved the project along as schedule. The shop manager Jay actually gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off so I did not have to set up. An alternate means of traexpectation

According to manufacturer Caliber put the wrong sized tire on my vehicle which has caused it to constantly throw errors and disable functions like cruise control. Also missed cracked radiator and now AC malfunctions

Missed cracked radiator. AC now doesn’t work. Put on mismatched tire and now alignment is off and throws error messages. Had no problems driving car before I took it in, now there are problems

I have asked twice for an emailed copy of the invoice and have yet to receive it. My bigger complaint is that we received the car with the entire car covered in compound dust. I don’t believe I’m asking much receiving the car cleaned.
