They thought my vehicle repair would be done in 3 days, but when they removed the front fender, there were other repairs that needed to be done, so it took longer than expected. They did a great job. They were professional and friendly!

The repair was fast and easy to set up. They were able to get me in much faster than any other body shop in the area. The repair looks great and was done in the initially estimated time, which is so appreciated! Thank you for the great service.

Did a great job w/ bodywork and paint. But I sometimes hear rattling under the hood and they never addressed the alignment. Really don't want to return it cause it took two weeks to repair the first time.

The staff was very nice and did a great job on the repair. The only issue was that I had stated clearly that I was going to be on vacation while the repair was done, and it was not noted in the documentation. No biggy, just the one thing that kept it from being a 10.

Fixing the car was great but the customer service was poor at the front desk employee who started I hope you didn’t get the check from the insurance company and I told her that the insurance company told me told bring in to get fix and I had nothing to do with the payment and afterwards she gave me my paperwork and looked it over it had a 0 balance for a payment cause the insurance company took care of the expenses
