I’m really glad I chose these guys. They did a great job from initial phone call to completing the job. Mike and the rest of the crew did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I have an older vehicle which took extra effort to get the parts, but they were able to do so, and make everything look really good in the end. Things actually look brand new. Job well done.

I would recommend Kenosha if the car was done there and not sublet out to another shop.

The car came back from Neenah and wasn’t fixed correctly. It ended up having to have several areas re-done by the Kenosha facility. Also after coming back from Neenah the car was a complete disaster inside. There was no detailing whatsoever. The only reason I am giving a 3 is because the Kenosha store helped me tremendously. They fixed all the mistakes that Neenah caused and full detailed the car.

Caliber collision did a great job taking care of my claim. It was an easy walk through from drop off to pick up. Everything was handled in a reasonable amout of time, communication was great, and got my vehicle back looking brand new and a nice detail on the inside. Rochelle was incredible with her efficiency, communication, follow-through, accommodation, and leadership. She was professional, from the initial conversation. Rochelle assessed, and empathize with all my needs, Time-Frame, even, gave me sound direction. Phenomenal!
