Had a great experience at Caliber in Neenah for an insurance claim. There was additional damage we opted to have taken care of at the same time, and they did a great job! Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this shop!

My car was painted the wrong white when noticed it was corrected. However, my driver side door has chips in it and black speckles like it wasn’t painted after being in a accident. This company did a poor job and with my line of work I can’t afford to be without a car for work. So I just suck it up even though my car was in mint condition before all of this happened

Disappointed that the dent on passenger door had not been addressed. I wasn't called or informed that the dent wasn't going to fixed. I didn't feel my request to fix dent was taken seriously. My car was with your company for days, plenty of time to inform me that the door dent wasn't being fixed. When I brought it up to the receptionist she remembered my asking for quote. Agent assessed the dent and said he would add it to repairs. But that was a separate issue from original repairs and I would be paying out of pocket.

Everyone, from the receptionist to Mike to the technicians who did the body work were the best I have ever worked with. The receptionist is your first connection with the customer. She was very welcoming. Mike coordinated every step of the process from having the rental car available to its return. I know that he went out of his way to deal with American Family Insurance, who tried to do everything on the cheap. Mike was the customer's first line of a quality job. I didn't meet the technician who did the work but he gets my highest praise. I don't look forward to another accident, but should one come my way, your company would have a return, satisfied customer. I posted my compliments on facebook and handed two people Mike's business card. Thank you.

Everyone, from the receptionist, Mike and the repair technician were professional and focused on customer service. I especially appreciated the effort that Mike extended to make everything happen seamlessly. I especially appreciated his dealing with American Family Insurance who wanted to low ball every type of expense and were cheap in every aspect. Mike took good care of me and got things done correctly.

Missing a bracelet my daughter made when she was younger that was on my mirror and there is a big scratch down the piller I’m assuming from when they pulled the windshield. I can put my fingernail in it.
