Me experience at the Neenah location exceeded my expectations from the moment I scheduled my appointment to driving away with my repaired vehicle. Everyone was personable, professional, genuine, and authentic. I haven’t had such a positive customer service experience in a long time. Appears that one panel was not buffed as it’s still scuffed up and broken

cleaning a customer’s vehicle inside and out would be a nice touch. Besides the hail damage being repaired, my car was as dirty as when I dropped it off. I didn’t expect to pick it up clean but it would have been a nice surprise
