It was not handled professionally from day one 15min to look at my truck with major hail damage. Sending an estimate for 3k and the final bill being over 9k. Then telling me it would be done in a week and my truck was there 25 days. Had to get the district supervisor out because the work was unsatisfactory for me he was able to get the paint right but the reassemble is messed up front bumper cover was not installed correctly just a very bad experience 0 stars from me

Has been there for 4 weeks and still not complete. Regular updates saying it will be done soon and still don’t have it. Having a vehicle 4 weeks for hail repair and being told throughout it would be done soon is completely unacceptable.

The repair looks great. When I picked up my car there was a new scratch on a different area of the car. They buffed it out, but rediculous. Fiancée and I felt they over charged since insurance was paying most of it.

We are bringing it back in on Friday to get the pull shade fixed. However, over the weekend I attempted to use the back tailgate close button and that isn't working either. I will need this fixed. Otherwise, I am pleased with the work done.

Could not thank Calibor enough to complete the repair in less than a week while the other body shop (Bergstrom Body Shop at Neenah) did not even provide or upload the estimate to the insurance company resulting in my sitting at my garage for seven weeks. Caliber under promised and over delivered to me and I thank everbybody at Caliber at Neenah for doing a fantastic job and would not hesitate a bit to recommend. Trust me this is coming from a guy who has been going to Bergstrom for the last eight years.
