It took my calling them - months after filing my claim - before the work began. They did admit dropping the ball on my job; once the work finally began, service was good.

I honestly was not happy with the pace pf work being done at the Fon du Lac location. My truck was there for almost three weeks before they sent it to Neenah. All that the Fondy location did was tear it apart and order parts. They were friendly enough. But the work was SLOW. Could be that they had to wait for parts. But that seems weird to wait that long. Waitinf on parts for over two weeks just seems to be too long...The Neenah location got the truck brought to them last Friday and then had it back to me today (less than one week later). I have not looked closely at the repairs yet as the truck got back after dinner and then it was dark, but I am very happy with how quickly the Neenah location got it taken care of. I would rate the experience as satisfactory on the whole. Not great with fondy but very good with Neenah. I will let you know if anything looks off. But I do not expect that to be the case.
