My truck looks amazing. My issue is the active grill air shutter is still not working and is showing up on the OBD II scanner. Black smoke pours from the exhaust when accelerating. 7 sensors are showing up red. And I was able to drive the truck there with powering steering that worked somewhat ok after hitting the deer. When I picked up the truck, I had no power steering at all. It took every bit of energy I had to make it home. Now I am waiting for a call from the insurance company to find out what to do. My truck is just a yard ornament right now.

The front desk staff were friendly, kind, and courteous. Alissa, the service advisor that assisted me throughout the entire process was outstanding. She is extremely informative and professionally addressed all of my questions and concerns. As she advised me through the process of repairing my vehicle, the stress of actually having my car accident was greatly relieved. I am grateful that Alissa was available to successfully provide me with the expertise required to get my vehicle back in action. She handled things in a timely manner, clearly explained the timeframe from beginning to the end, and kept me informed throughout the process. I felt very comfortable working with Alissa and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of vehicle repair.

I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get my car repaired. Lack of honest communication , it was not good. I would love to talk to management about my experience. Very frustrating.

This was beyond my expectation. From the minute I walked in Kim demonstrated her knowledge and willingnes to assist in every way possible. Her experience shined through when she helped figure out an issue between me and the insurance company, regarding the rental car. She was there with the confirmation numbers along with other needed information. Great from beginning to end.

The repairs turned out well. Unfortunately it took an additional week longer than initially quoted, which led to doubling the costs incurred for a rental vehicles. I was told the reason for the delay was a holiday (which lasted one day). There was a lack of communication when my vehicle would be ready. On each of the 3 occasions it was delayed, I wouldn't know until just an hour before or after it should have been ready for pick up. I also ended up with someone else's power seat motor in my trunk.
