The repairs turned out well. Unfortunately it took an additional week longer than initially quoted, which led to doubling the costs incurred for a rental vehicles. I was told the reason for the delay was a holiday (which lasted one day). There was a lack of communication when my vehicle would be ready. On each of the 3 occasions it was delayed, I wouldn't know until just an hour before or after it should have been ready for pick up. I also ended up with someone else's power seat motor in my trunk.

My experience at Caliber Collision New Berlin was extremely disappointing. During the initial inspection, Caleb repeatedly insisted that accident damage to my passenger-side tire was from a pothole and refused to include other visible damage, warning that documenting everything could total my car. I had to repeatedly insist that both items be included. Both the tire and trim were ultimately covered by the insurance claim, and the car was not totaled. I paid to replace the second front tire so the pair would match. Only after I paid did Caleb point out that the removed tire also had a bubble and cracking that he said made it unsafe, information that should have been disclosed before I made my decision. When I got home, my car immediately began making a loud, rapid clicking noise that had never occurred before. The previous owner and I both confirmed it had never done this. When I returned, Caleb repeatedly told me, “All Chevys do that,” and refused to address it despite my repeatedly explaining that the noise began only after Caliber repaired the vehicle. After many requests, he finally agreed to open a second claim and schedule the car to be looked at. Overall, I felt I had to repeatedly advocate for obvious accident damage to be included, safety concerns were not communicated appropriately, and a new mechanical issue that appeared immediately after the repair was initially dismissed rather than investigated.

Everything was top notch. Alissa kept me updated on my car and it was very helpful to be able to pick up and drop Enterprise rental car on site. That certainly minimizes the disruption.

I am completely satisfied with the service your team provides. After my car was damaged, I did not have time to thoroughly clean it before bringing it in. When I picked it up, however, it was spotless and smelled great. I truly appreciate the extra care and attention to detail. Your team’s willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, and I am very grateful for the excellent service.
