Initial consultation and scheduling was great. Updates were OK. The issue after the repairs and not getting any help is awful. We can't even drive our car in this cold weather because the windows are frosting on the inside when we do.

The only feedback I would give is when the vehicle is ready for pickup, it would be nice to get a phone call and not just the message through the app. Otherwise great job!

Extremely personable and professional Caliber location. Additionally, the craftsmanship and quality of work is second to none. Unfortunately, this is my third experience having them repair my cars from accidents! (None of them were my fault!) I highly recommend Caliber New Berlin
