Caleb at Caliber was so friendly and thorough. He went beyond what was expected of him to ensure we were taken care of. We got updates along the process to keep clear communication and staff was transparent with answers to questions. Highly recommend working with Caleb and his team. They made fixing my car way less of a headache. Very satisfied!!

Beyond the fact that the repair process took seven weeks to complete (even with insurance restrictions that seems excessive), a dent in the rear cab piller was overlooked and the 4x4 decals are missing from the new bed. I would rather deal with both myself instead of risking another protracted repair process.

They apparently put the old broken parts in my back seat and never vacuumed it out. My Service dog cut her paw on shards from them and I am very upset. Also there was a sticker on my window and the glue remnants are still there. You can see it and it is sticky.

They didn’t test the hatch before I got there. The hatch would not open. I then had to wait there for 1.5 hours for them to further fix it. The hatch is what was smashed. You would think they would test it before telling me it’s ready for pick up
