My van looks great after the repair, can’t tell there was any damage at all. Caliber cleaned the interior before I picked it up, that was a nice surprise.

I appreciated the messages from Caliber updating me on the progress of my vehicle repair. Don and Kim were great. It was a nice surprise that my van was cleaned on the inside as well as the outside. It looks amazing! The only issue I had with the process was whatever cleaning fluid was used had a lingering smell, and not a good smell. It was pretty strong when I picked up my van. I know it will go away eventually.

I received texts at every step of the repair process, expectations of when my car was expected to be completed, then updated dates of early completion. Caleb kept me well informed of what to expect from start to finish, gave me calls as well for updates, and when to stop on in. I was able to drop off my Enterprise Car rental right at Caliber Collision and they would have it picked up from there. The techs that worked on my fender, painted my car in area of the fixed up damage to the exact color (can't even tell where they painted it... wow!), worked on my suspension and tie rods were amazing!! It's like the accident never happened. I'm beyond satisfied with everyone I've talked to on the phone, to the very respectable genuine Caleb, to the amazing techs. I 100% hands down recommend this Caliber Collision to anybody that needs their car repaired!!

Great customer service. Kept me updated regularly. Repairs looked great. Only thing were the parts kept coming in damaged - twice the hood and once the fender, which prolonged the completion time. Not Caliber's fault.

The gap between the hatch door on the right side is significantly wider than the left side, and the seal inside seems to be off on one side a bit as well. Otherwise the rest appears to look great, and I’m not noticing any issues with the gap not being fully sealed.
