No communication on completion of work. I had to call to find out car was ready. Car was picked up and heat was on full blast which seemed odd in summer. Driver tried to use car that night and had to turn-around on his courier route and use an alternate vehicle as the engine temp was extremely high then dropped to low, check engine light came on, trouble at low rpms. Called to discuss immediately the next day and have had to do all the follow up to get answers.
